CAPTOPLASTIC, S.L. was formed on June 15th, 2020, as a start-up recognized as a Knowledge-Based Company. The Autónoma University of Madrid and the Science Equity fund Beable Capital, focused on Technology Transfer on Deep Science, form part of the promoter team.
The Autónoma University of Madrid, through the Chemical Engineering Department of the Science Faculty, has developed a technology capable of removing microplastics from the aqueous media and CAPTOPLASTIC S.L. has the exclusive right to use and exploitation of this.
The research team is part of the company’s promoter team and the company counts with it continues advice.
